There are different breathwork techniques and lineages like Holotropic Breathwork, Clarity Breathwork, Pranayama etc. I have been trained by Innercamp in the Holosomatic Breathwork technique which is designed to help you release stress, clear emotional blockages, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. In our sessions, you'll find a safe and nurturing space to explore your breath, enabling profound healing and transformation.
