Often we have negative feelings and emotions about difficult occurrences in our lives. Sometimes these emotions just take over completely and they can make us feel stuck, overwhelmed and it can seem like there is no way out. What do we do then? We have feelings about our feelings. Often we feel shame about our anger, we feel anger about our sadness, we are frustrated that we feel powerless, we feel powerless because there is just so much emotion that we are seemingly at the mercy of ... This only results in a chaotic downward spiral with no end in sight. We distract ourselves and we push the emotions away somewhere deep down in a dark corner of our mind.

Believe me, I have been there many times, and sometimes still am. 

 

When we don't acknowledge and process our painful emotions, they don't go away. They will fester, leading to repeat situations and continuous patterns that we keep running in to

But how do we process our emotions in a healthy way without being at their mercy?

That is where I can help. I create a safe space of containment for you. In a session we take a look inside of your inner world and explore what is there without judgement, 'have-to' and 'should' or a fixers mentality. If you are ready and willing, we can take a deep dive into these painful emotions. The modalities I manly use are The Completion Process and breathwork. It is my goal to leave you at the end of a session feeling more connected to yourself and have more clarity about your situation and have regained a piece of yourself that has gone missing a long time ago.
